Orders and payment

All orders are subject to availability. You can pay in one of two ways: on delivery, in cash or by bank transfer, or online when placing your order, by debit/credit card or Apple Pay.

If an order paid online is cancelled or qualifies for a refund, the amount is returned to the same payment method used for the order within the business days following confirmation of the cancellation or refund. The time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank that issued your card.

Delivery

We deliver to every governorate in Oman. Delivery fees depend on whether you choose home delivery or office pickup. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location.

Return policy

An order cannot be returned after it has been confirmed and received unless the product is completely unopened and unused, and in its full original condition with its packaging. In that case, the customer pays the return shipping fees.

This policy covers change-of-mind cases only, and does not affect your legal rights if you receive a defective product or one that does not match the stated specifications; see the “Warranty” section below.

Open-box products cannot be returned for a change of mind; see the “Open-box products” section below.

Warranty

The warranty period varies by product (from 3 months to a full year depending on the product type, as stated on the product page). Open-box products are the exception: their warranty is one week; see their section below.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse, drops or neglect. If a defect covered by the warranty is confirmed, we will provide a replacement product or a full refund, after verifying the condition and contacting the customer.

This warranty does not affect any legal rights guaranteed to the consumer under the Omani Consumer Protection Law.

Open-box products

“Open-box” products are products whose original packaging has been opened and that have been tested to make sure they work properly, and they may be offered at a lower price than the new product. The packaging may show minor signs of opening, and each product’s page states that it is open box and specifies its color.

  • Returns: Open-box products cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
  • Warranty: A one-week (7-day) warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects and faults not caused by misuse, drops or neglect. If a defect is confirmed within this period, the product is replaced if a replacement is available; otherwise the full amount is refunded.
  • Inspection on receipt: We recommend inspecting the product as soon as you receive it, and contacting us within the warranty period if you notice any problem.

These terms do not affect your legal rights under the Omani Consumer Protection Law if you receive a defective product or one that does not match its description.

Liability

We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and displayed prices are accurate, but unintentional errors may occur.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
